UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra will continue its 50th anniversary year in the spring season 2026. For half a century, UMO has been synonymous with achievements and mastery of jazz. Almost the entire spring season program, with the exception of a few concerts to be published later, is now on sale.

The twelth We Jazz festival is organized in Helsinki November 20–29. The joint production tour of the Finnish Jazz Federation and the Vapaat äänet agency brings together violist Séverine Morfin’s ensemble Mad Maple and the duo of vocalist Selma Savolainen and bassist Eero Tikkanen. Some of the tour concerts are part of the Better Live project, which focuses on developing more ecologically and socially sustainable touring in Europe.
