Jazz Finland Live

Turku-based saxophonist Jaakko Martikainen and his band MÖLy Trio will release their first album Floating in Nauvo and Other Stories in February 2017. Having been described as "archipelago-jazz", their music bounces from lively but controlled free passages to striking modern rhythms of today. The instrumentation, sax-drums-bass, will serve as a platform for free-flowing and meditative jazz with soul. This album launch gig can literally be called an underground happening, since the bar Three Beers is in the basement of the building. What could be more wonderful! Welcome!
