Jussi Lehtonen will release the new album Connection with his quartet at Koko Jazz Club on Friday, September 4, 2020.

Lehtonen: “The name of the album refers to the musical connection that I feel very strongly with all of these musicians. Everyone understands and hears things with a certain sensitivity, and is able to react to things quickly. Mastery of the musical language and tremendous craftsmanship provide excellent opportunities for a swinging ensemble! I look forward to making music with these great gentlemen every time I have the chance!
