Jazz Finland Live

Accomplished US jazz guitarist Marc Ribot performs a live solo gig at G Livelab Helsinki in November 2022. During his over 40-year career Ribot has released 25 albums under his name and performed with various groups, exploring a vast range of music styles from free jazz and soul to noise rock. For his solo gig the audience is in for a wayward night full of enigmatic soundscapes and intricate improvisations.

New York based artist Ka Baird travels to Helsinki for a one of a kind 5-day residency, which is set to yield unexpected new music each time – and different each time. Chris Williams, a collaborator to the likes of Pink Siifu and Alabaster DePlume, and a top billing artist in his own right, will shuffle things up with Ka on this very special Tuesday.
