Founded in 2013, Screaming Jay & The Bones has gained a reputation for being an energetic phenomenon both at festivals and club gigs! The band features top names from Finland’s jazz and rhythm & blues scene, who are familiar from various musical contexts.

The band's repertoire is primarily made up of 1950s rhythm & blues, with dazzling interpretations of jazz classics sprinkled with wild scat solos. In its heyday, this music was the hit of the day. The band's authentic and spontaneous approach pulls the audience into dancing and enjoying the music as if at a 1950s jazz party!
