KAMA Kollektiv tells stories about love, transformation, small everyday pleasures and the mysticism of nature. In a theatrical and eclectic style, their music draws influences from Nordic folk, indie pop, film scores and improvised music.
Charismatic bandleader and frontwoman Kirsi-Marja "Kiki" Harju enchants the audience with her eccentric singing and lyrical trumpet playing. The group's latest album is called TOIVO, which is Finnish for 'hope'. In a cornucopia of eclectic compositions ranging from groovy tunes to dreamy meditations, the band reflects on the joys, confusions and pleasures of our world.

Linnajazz's traditional park concert offers three wonderful orchestras. The concert begins with the local Vanaja Big Band, which performs big band music classics led by conductor Erno Tiittanen. The second performer is the jazz-funk-neosoul comet Peela, who plays an energetic and skillful fusion. The concert will be closed by singer Nina Mya and her orchestra. During the breaks The Hämpton Dixieduo entertains the audience.
