Seppo Kantonen trio was born couple of years ago and it is going to activate during this fall ot conquer inevitably the jazz world. The trio will play Seppo's new compositions. The first record is already partly recorded and it come out next year. We going to have a very exciting concert.
The place and tickets
The concert will start 19.00 (the doors will be open at 18.30 hrs). Ravintola Laulumiehet, Hietaniemenkatu 2, 00100 Helsinki. Tickets 15 €, pensioners, unemployed and members of Helsinki Jazz 10€, students 8 €, couples 10 + 10 €. Tickets sales: Digelius Music, Laivurinrinne 2. (www.digelius.com).

The Hämpton Dixieband is a newish group that fuses Dixieland jazz with old Finnish popular music. The trio was founded in Hämeenlinna and its members are veteran players with plenty of experience in a variety of genres.
